By booking an appointment with me, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions; which ensure the smooth running of your appointment with me. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments and Cancellations 

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. 

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee. 

• No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount. 

• Please do not arrive excessively early for your appointment, as this will disrupt the smooth running of the day’s schedule. Arriving too early or too late may impact the quality of service provided to all clients.

2. Payment and Fees 

• All treatments must be paid for at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. 

• A deposit will be required to secure all online bookings. Any deposits paid are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the 24-hour notice period.

3. Health and Safety 

• Please inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to your appointment to ensure your safety and well-being. You can alert me to any issues by completing your Online Consultation Form which is sent to all new clients prior to their first treatment.  

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe due to health concerns.

4. Personal Belongings 

• We am not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to your appointment. Most treatments will require you to remove jewellery so that you can fully receive the benefits of the treatment; it is advisable to leave precious items at home.  

 

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of these updates.

6. Links To Other Websites 

• Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Everbloom by Victoria.  

• We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
