We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount.

This policy helps us respect the time and energy that goes into preparing for each client and allows us to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting.
